Description

Upper Beginner to Lower Intermediate A beautiful spin flow doesn’t come simply from height and advanced tricks, there’s so much to be done near the floor! In this class, we’ll focus on smooth, grounded movement on the lower third of the pole. You’ll work on creating seamless transitions, connecting shapes, and finding confidence in your low spin flow. Instead of jumping straight into inverts and crazy tricks, you’ll discover how much creativity and expression can happen close to the floor. This class is perfect if you: - Want to build smooth, continuous spin combos - Prefer movement that stays accessible and grounded - Are learning how to flow on spin without relying on aerial tricks We’ll explore fluidity, direction changes, and ways to make the lower part of the pole your playground While inverts are not required, beginner pole moves (such as climbs, sits, and chair spins) are, as we are focusing on how to incorporate them into a flow, as opposed to understanding the base technique for them.
