Get ready to pirouette your way through some beautiful routines, learning specialised heel technique such as weight distribution and edge work. This is not a course, and so it will be different choreographies every week, meaning you can drop in without having been to previous sessions! Suitable for upper beginner + and some experience with pole choreography is required for this class (see Baby Flow if you’re unfamiliar with pole choreo!)
