This class dives deep into refining the techniques for basework tricks that utilize the lower third of the pole, focusing on smooth transitions between mounts, floorwork, and low flow. Designed for those already comfortable with basic pole moves, this class will build upon your existing skills to create fluid, dynamic static flows that blend seamlessly with your low flow trickery. You’ll learn to master sustainable basework techniques, combining body awareness and informed movement to ensure smooth interaction with both the pole and the floor. Expect to explore static rotations, low mounts, and floorwork tricks with a focus on technical precision and fluidity. While heels are optional, solid climbs, comfortable kneehooks, and bracket grip holds are essential for this class. Experience with flow and inverts is helpful but not required.
