Description
Duration: 5 Weeks Starting on Saturday 14/02/26 Every Sat 18:00-19:30 Dreaming of achieving your ayesha? Gaining the strength and coordination in your split grip to unlock options for more advanced sequences? In this 5 week course, we will be introducing strengthening & awareness drills to help us build the time within this demanding position. Covering a variety of exercises to equip you with tools to help you find your top Ayesha position in safe and sustainable ways. We will cover different handspring opportunities we can find ourselves in and build coordination to get us handspringing into our ayesha positions. There will be options for entrances and exits so you can feel safer when orienting your body and holding strength based tricks such as your Ayesha. We will be primarily working towards our true grip & cup grip Ayeshas, as well as introducing handsprings towards the end. Prerequisites: Confident inverts on both sides Confident outside hook Confident crucifix Experience of butterflies
