Who is the Workshop suitable for? Dancers should be able to walk and pivot on heels. Should feel comfortable dancing in heels, being able to complete a pirouette.

Prerequisites: Heels: Boots or Sandals are recommended. Can be done without heels too. Kneepads optional.
