Sky Sirens

This workshop will teach you how to be sensual and fluid up the pole focusing on layback, handstand and leg hang combos. How to enter and exit smoothly from pole tricks, and adding sexiness while in the air. These combos can be done on static or spin. This is an intermediate level workshop. Pre-requisite: Layback, Crucifix Handstand, Invert

What to wear: Sticky Kneepads (ones you can wear up the pole), Stripper Shoes.
