About the event
A 20 minute stretch and warmup followed by slides and glides around the base of the pole. Lena also teaches how to incorporate aerial
flow into seamless movements, including climbs and air walks. This workshop is perfect for the pole dancer who wants to enhance their spin pole abilities and aesthetics.
Heels optional. Kneepads not necessary,
