Combining flips, leg waves and static rotations, you’ll learn the foundations to enhance your creativity of movement.

Almaz (@almvz_moves) is a pole dancer from Namibia who mesmerises with her unique blend of flirtation and elegance and a full serving of legs! Inspired by spicy dancers, Almaz enjoys exploring sensual and fluid movement through pole dance.

Zen (@zenwriterx) fuses strength tricks and flow to seduce her audience. Having performed at festivals for Blackstage and The Cocoa Butter Club, and club nights like ATM LDN and Juicebox Events, her range has influenced her teaching style.

Level: intermediate and above. Must have a secure shouldermount and straddle invert.
