A heels technique class focused on utilizing the whole surface of the shoe. Learn a short set of sequences involving GLIDING, SKATING,
AND EDGEWORK with a strong focus on unconventional pathways and utilizing our weight to garner momentum for spins and shifting through seamless transitions.
Sandals suggested, must feel comfortable supporting body weight in split grips.
