Floor Glory - Lauren Elise

Prepare to get your hands and knees dirty with this floorwork bonanza. 

We'll be working on some of Lauren's favourite floor tricks, perfecting the technique behind the trickier elements, finding those deliciously slinky entries and exits and remixing some of the classics. 

• Suitable for beginners. 
• Please bring kneepads, socks and a top that covers your shoulders.
• Can be done barefoot or in heels.
