Elevate - Lauren Elise

In this workshop we'll look at the intricacies within movements, breaking them down and working directly within the finest details of your flow. 

Prepare to focus and explore reverse movements, isolations, freezes and accents, as well as how to use your hands to compliment your movement. 

Expect to also explore a variety of unsual grips to elevate and expand your dance.

Lauren Elise is a sexy little wiggle worm, pole dance instructor and performer based in London, best known for her dynamic, fluid basework, her musicality and her attention to detail, all while wearing a pair of monster 10inch heels. Shes's been pole dancing for 14 years and teaching for 9, and is the co-founder of Eden Pole competition, a competition dedicated to showcasing the artistry of sexy pole.
